Teachers at Isanti Community School are given many opportunities for professional growth through weekly PLC (Professional Learning Community) meetings, individual coaching, and workshops provided through our ESU. Teachers may also have the opportunity to engage in school leadership by volunteering to lead a WIT (Warrior Improvement Team).
